Our loyalty program lets you earn ultimate perks & special rewards every time you visit our salon or shop with us.

This is our way of rewarding you for your loyalty, with treatment & product discounts, complimentary skin analysis, LED + treatment enhancements, special gifts, priority booking, invitations to VIP events & more!

  • Join the loyalty club

    You’re already in! If you’ve used our Phorest booking platform to book an appointment online, or visited the salon for a treatment since April 2026, you’re automatically in the club.

  • Earn treat points

    For every purchase & visit at Ultimate Care, you’ll earn treat points & special offers.

  • Get rewarded

    Trade your treat points for discounts, gifts & other sweet members-only perks.

How does it work?

Join the club

We’ll look after this for you! By booking through our online booking platform Phorest, or visiting Ultimate Care since April 2026, you’ve automatically signed up to the program.

Tell us your birthday

Don’t forget to add your birthday to your account (or tell us in the salon!), so we can spoil you with birthday discounts.

Spend & earn

Book your treatments & shop products via the Phorest platform or in salon to accrue treat points that turn into rewards.

Yearly basis

Your treat points are valid for 12 months, once you reach the tier requirements. We’ll track everything for you - no counting required!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tiers are determined based on your annual spend on treatments/products at Ultimate Care & your number of annual visits.

    Initial tier status will be determined on annual spend/visit status from 15 April 2026 - the date of Casey taking ownership of the business.

  • If you have booked an appointment through our booking platform, Phorest, or are currently in the Ultimate Care Phorest system, you will be automatically signed up to the program.

    New to Ultimate Care? We’ll automatically sign you up to our loyalty program after your first visit.

  • You’ll earn treat points simply by booking treatments & buying products via our booking platform, Phorest, or in the salon.

    We automatically track your points, so you don’t have to do a thing!

  • You can redeem points in the salon or online when paying for a treatment or product. Your point status will automatically appear when you check-out in salon, or when you sign-in to check-out/book online.

  • Points are valid for 12 months of meeting the tier requirements.

  • Simply sign-in to your Phorest account when you book a treatment or buy a product online & your treat points will appear.

    If you’re in the salon, ask one of our friendly therapists about your treat points & redeeming all the VIP perks.

  • Yes. This loyalty program will replace any other loyalty programs at Ultimate Care. All prior points will no longer be valid.
