Ultimate Care founder Marg Ottley, Krystie Baker from Krystie’s Boutique & Florence May Intimates owner Simone Peppitt have come together for Empowering Through Menopause – an evening of skin health education, style sessions & bra fittings.
Pop Monday, June 3 at 6pm at Krystie’s Boutique [59 Market St] in your diary for an informative & interactive evening, celebrating Mudgee women who may be experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause symptoms.
Guest speaker Chiza Westcarr will join via Zoom. Chiza is a nutritional medical practitioner, menopause coach and founder of Florabiome – a range of premium products formulated to support gut, mind, and skin health, now available at Ultimate Care.
There will be a range of Vita Sol products on-hand, also designed to support gut health, glowing skin and strong hair & nails, and Marg will also show guests how to do a four-minute makeover with their Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics range.

Krystie will show women how to navigate their changing body shape and hot flashes with style, giving advice on how to dress for any occasion.
